National Handwashing Week

December 6 - 12 is National Handwashing Week.  Here's what Cintas Corp. suggested to make handwashing more effective.

As part of National Handwashing Awareness Week, Cintas Corp. has four tips for facility managers to share with building occupants:

• Know when to wash.
• Don’t skip the soap.
• Dry hands completely.
• Dry hands with paper towels.

To complement a handwashing program, businesses should also  regularly disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, elevator buttons, desks, keyboards, and phones.
