The Well-Maintained World of St. Olaf College
Custodians clean, but often they do more. This might include maintaining buildings, systems, furniture or otherwise. A good example of this is the St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. The multiple buildings there each have a team of custodians that not only clean but also maintain the premises.
