With the constant barrage of news in the newspaper, on TV and the Internet, few, if any, would deny there is a real concern about the H1N1 virus this year. Concern over catching this flu and fighting it are on the minds of everyone. What are some simple steps you and I can do to slow down or prevent getting sick?
The simplest and easiest thing we can all do is wash our hands. Use soap and water or if not available some type of hand sanitizer. This is where the majority of germs are passed on from one person to the next.
