Excrement That's Over the Top
In South Africa, there is an emergency situation where there are not enough janitors to clean the overflowing, plugged, unsanitary 136 restrooms in Wallacedene, a housing settlement in the suburb of Cape Town. Janitors don't have the proper PPE or vaccines to do the job properly. Sometimes they are shoveling out the excrement to be hauled away and buried. The full article can be read here.
