Doing the Best We Can
Over the last month we've had a poll posted for readers to vote on. The results were very encouraging. Of the four possible responses, we had 100% say that the custodians at the high school are "doing the best they can" when it comes to keeping the school clean despite the obstacles that constantly hinder their performance. Some of those obstacles are a lack of subs, sickness, surgeries, extra events for which there is no extra help, emergencies, weather-related occurrences and more. We have and are making every attempt to keep the health and appearance of the building up to par. We must say that without the help and support of the staff, this would be difficult. The staff has done a tremendous job understanding our situation and helping us where they can. They are a real boon in helping us take care of the school. As the end of the school year approaches, we look forward to getting a little more done and preparing the building for the next group of eager participants to enter the doors in September. And thanks again for the great help you've all been!
