Never, Never, Never Dump Cleaning Chemicals on the Ground!

"But it says it's biodegradable!"  No excuse.  You never dump chemicals of any kind on the ground. They all must go down the drain via a custodial sink to be processed by the sewage plant.  This article highlights the reason why and tells the tale of a school district in Virginia where this did happen.  Now they're in the news and not for a good reason.
