VCT versus LVT

You've heard of and probably worked with VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile) for years.  And you know the routine.  Scrub (or strip after several years) and wax.  There are several steps involved in this simplistic statement, but the fact remains that cleaning VCT takes a lot of time and effort.

Now technology has come up with LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) which it is not recommended be stripped.  So what do you do when it gets dirty?  How do you keep it clean?  Here's an online article from cmmonline.com that explains the process.  Interesting and more long-lasting with less work!  I like it.
